Hey guys,

I am writing a paper for uni on bodybuilding and was wondering if you could point me in the right direction for some good online material which would support the use and aid of them in bodybuilding from a science perspective.(What I knowi s what I've learnt from you guys but need to reference sources and so forth) The main ones are,

1. Protein
2. Carbohydrates
3. Fats
4. Creatine

Any others you think I could include and write about would be welcome also.

Thanks

That's a broad question mate.

Best to seach PubMed, or look at some articles here and cite their references

Too broad and I'm not feeling THAT helpful (esp for a student who seems to want us to do the research for him - lazy student ha ha).

Look up Mike Mentzer and his articles.

IMO he was the first person who described bodybuilding as a science and explained many things.
