I was just wondering what peoples views are on frozen veg. I need more green veg in my diet and since frozen veg is pretty cheap stuff...

excellent stuff, far better for you than most of the so called "fresh" veg out on display. Cheap too

peas arent fibrous veg they are legumes (beans and carby too)

if you want a list of fibrous veg then check out the new clen article thats stickied on the top of this forum. Should be food for though (excuse the pun )

I had frozen veg tonight with my chicken breasts. There is nothing wrong with it and I think a good addition to be combined with fresh veg too.
