Was going to start a poll but though a more discussion based topic was in order.

Do you feel that your opinions are overlooked by other members of MT who feel they know best?

On occasion i do.
Sometimes i feel a decent debate is not wise on hear becuase someone always tries to shoot down your views.

People just seem to stick in groups on here, where people seem to think that because someone has a high post count ther word must be gospel, when in reality it just means they feel obliged for some reason to comment on everythin even if they're ignorant about the topic. I admit i do it with certain topics aswell. It just irritates me when the clique people seem to stick together.

all this is towards the general section i dont really venture out of it on here.

Welll, I generally look out for the opinions of the same people as they've gained my respect.

But I'm willing to listen to anyone, with the exception that they have to be able to spell somewhat reasonably, and know when to make a paragraph.

When people write in txt speak etc., I just point blank ignore.

No and nor does it concern me.

However it would bother me in person, partly because i believe its respectful and partly because i know im good at what i do.

Does anyone who's not genuinely concerned really go out of their way to type about how unconcerned they are?

Yes i could see how you could draw that conclusion from the rather extensive and explanitory fable in my first post

This nonchalant guise is really just making up for my lack of self esteem and personal congruency with my earlier revelation.

How about you t.it? Dont mind if i call you that for short do you? Good.

Whats your views on said subject

lol. Have you added in a couple of words of more than one syllable to showcase your intellect and boost your lack of self esteem?

You're great!

i cry sometimes because nobody seems to even pay any mind to my posts, never mind my opinion.

but seriously,i dont know,i dont email members and i had a few instances of my advice in other forums being totally ignored,so i wouldnt know.i think im on the block list with neb and that bloke james.i just like to chip in,if its worth something to somebody then thats all good.

TRIDENT-in regards to what youve said, yeah i think theres a time and place to be dismissive,i dont know many people who would stone cold sobre walk in to a group of people and be trying to be the mutts nuts without at least getting an initial impression.unless youre a total bastard(quite possible but,if were talking about knowledge/info being passed etc..)

Nope, 6 weeks ago had a go at someone suggesting it was a bad idea to use AI's or/and Nolva whilst undergoing a 8 week cycle of 50mg ED of d-bol to someone who wanted to use d-bol as a 1st cycle. Apparently my Phamacology degree don't count for anything. Wish they had told me before, would of saved my money ;)

I think if people knew what your profession was or what you had studied they would more likely listen to you. now its done purely on post counts as to who people listen to

Its not just counts, maybe to people who are completely new here yes, that dies happin, but if you known for certain knowledge time and time again, poeple will note what you have to say, esp here in regards Diet, Supps and AAS, but I think most high post counts here are jutified...esp in the Diet section.......except for Drab........he's just a general life/ love Dr lol.

nah mate, youre not crediting anybody with enough intelligence there imo.you take what you can get from posts, ime.if i can relate or understand what somebody has said,i dont give a **** if they got kicked out of school at 13 or have a degree.

what youve said is true to a point,as in a specific topic, but even then still can be argued by somebody of similar education but different exp/opinion.

Agree bro. I would say the 'way' you talk to people has a massive impact on if they will listen to what you have to say.
