Agree bro. I would say the 'way' you talk to people has a massive impact on if they will listen to what you have to say.

yeah,i learnt that the hard way, especially dealing with 'the public' a lot in different jobs ive done, and groups of people in my social/non work life.

It might be, I have no idea without asking everyone lol.

I will say that all opinions are valid, they are just opinions. They could be complete bullsh1t and still be valid IMO.

Did James give you that one?

I like to think my opinion is at least considered before completely dismissed in other sections; doesn't bother me too much in General sectino for some reason

I think people should be able to say whatever the hell they want and work it out amongst themselves. In my opinion the mark of a crap website is when arguements actually become more interesting than the rest of the forum content

Sometimes i feel a decent debate is not wise on hear becuase someone always tries to shoot down your views.

I have no "views".
only facts.

I have found that if people are genuinely seeking information they will generally believe what I tell them. But if they already have beliefs and want them confirmed, if I fail to do so, even though I speak the truth, it will be dismissed as bollox

i care little, sometimes its fun pulling the string and watching members fly off the handle when you call them out for just posting pure and utter bollo<ks

some members have dismissed my arguments with just 'crap' when i took the time to write a in depth reply or two but it just looks even worse for them

meh

Is your opinion valid and valued on MT

Depends who by really

MT is made up of loads and loads of members, I'm sure some value my opinions and others do not

You can't please all of the people all of the time. Actually it's quite hard pleasing some of the people some of the time lol
