half way threw my cycle and i found a little lump so went to hospital and they said i have a hernia! now what can i do to carry on my training shall i not train or just lift lighter weights and loads of reps. Ill die if i cant go to the gym!! any help pease

bloke at my work had one removed, hes not aload to go back to work for a while. so maybe the same as the gym, see how you feel, if you go train light for a week or two, if thats ok id go back to normal

As far as training goes I would get some on the spot professional advice, possibly a sports physio. There's no way to give accurate advice on this tyope of issue with the amount of info we have.
