If it's not many - how many? lets deal is specifics I meant not many are not drug assisted, I misread your question There you go guys the solution to your benching woes, it's not drugs you need, it's a skinny fella like Integra watching your lift that will push your bench to new heights. It's worked for 000's of others it could work for you too How many serious trainers at 18 stone are not drug assisted? That is a debate for another thread. It would be a bloody battle to the death I am sure.

I can assure you at 18 stone and assisted, its a battle anyway. Getting there is easy, its fitting more in (food) that becomes harder. Its the cramming of all the cals!

FFS. I just read all of that and still didn't find out what a serious trainer could curl! Anyone seen someone curl their BW with good form? My max is 2/3 my BW.

Genetics will play a big factor also. I have very small wrists and joints. I managed a 120Kg bench when I was about 77kg. My shoulders and elbows were screaming at me and needed alot of ice afterwards. I stopped benching at that point and switched to incline dumbbell presses. Not worth tearing a rotator cuff or damaging my elbows by sticking to benching.

I've trained at a variety of gyms over the last five years or so and never seen anyone do better than a few reps on 140kg...i'm obviously not training at the right places!

ORIGINAL: Little A You aint a serious trainer though iaink, so stay out of it. I think this is how Integra rattles peoples cage's. He's *not* saying unless you lift 160 and weight 18st you're not a serious trainer. He is saying if you weigh 18st *are* a serious trainer then he would expect you to be able to lift an easy 160. I tend to agree with this statement, especially as he was basing his experience on mostly drug assisted guys. I'd also add a true 18st st thing in the morning, without clothes is pretty heavy. A lot of '18 stoners' weight themselves at their heaviest during the day, after a couple of meals, in their clothes and when the scales dont quite reach 18 their vision magically becomes slightly blurred and they round up or claim to be a little flat/dehyrated. quote:

How many of these '000's are drug assisted? Not many. If it's not many - how many? lets deal is specifics DS- that pretty well clears things up If integra said this (clearly) in the 1st place half of this argument wouldn't have happened

I said 160kg should be easy for a serious trainer weighing 18 stone. I do not think you can get any clearer than that.

You can't get much more wrong than that either By your own admission you are not 18 stone nor are you a serious trainer nor can you bench 160 so what the hell do you know about it Other than the 000s of people that only you have seen
