ORIGINAL: DeepSquatter I agree with Integra on his main point. Does he have a point ? I'd forgotten. I generally disagree with Integra on general principles. Seriously though, I know several people, around the eighteen stone mark, who can't bench 160. Mainly because they don't train bench, but these same people can do certain things that I can only look at and gasp. I would agree that most bodybuilders or powerlifters or as some would call them "people who train bench" would be able to do it. But Integra does not say this. He says anyone of that weight and seriousness must do it easily. And that just is not true. Ask my mates. Who by the by are olympic weightlifters, and are superbly strong in the legs and back, but don't have much call for a chest, other than to stop their shirts falling in.

If you have seen 000's then that is your experience. Your lack of clarity, accuracy and empirical data will always encourage people to question your claims. Instead or worrying about right and wrong, work on your posting style. I've given you some pointers and I look forward to seeing a marked improvement over the next few weeks.

ORIGINAL: Integra Trying to force your opinions on others by demonstrating the size of your e-peen may work on others but does not work on me. I have no idea what an e-peen is. I'm not sure that I even have one. But as I have apparntly demonstrated it's size to you, would you be kind enough to tell me how large it is, then I can use that information to narrow down my field of search. ROTFLMAO, that is class
