250kilos raw at 24 years old. passed in competition.
Thats after squatting and his other heavy benches too!

Biggest ive seen is around 220kg, same guy also DL's 340 and squats around 320. Hes young aswell, complete beast.
I benched 130kg for 5 solid reps last night and it was literally nothing to the guys in my gym

217.5kg only caught the end of the lift at a comp as I was warming up for my dedalifts at the time. Seen Rob Thomas do 210 in competition and seen Dean Bowring warming up with about 200-210kg before he put his bench shirt on

220kg on the incline bench press by a huge polish strongman in the uk, he was the biggest guy Ive ever seen and Ive seen many huge powerlifters in the uk. the 220kg had a little bounceon it, so it wasnt the cleanest but still he was crazy strong

So we have 65 year olds benching 150kgs for reps, 19yr olds benching more than that.
****, I have to admit that when I started training I exptrapolated and worked out I wouldn't be far off these figures in a few years.
Little did I Know?! Eh
Will blame my girly bone structure and genetics… my wrists would snap off trying to take 150kgs off the rack let alone dislocate my shoulders trying to bench it!
Most Ive seen is a 4plate bench. But once seen an averaged sized guy doing 3plates. Makes me realise… you either got it or you ain't!

I disagree mate. Its just perseverance imo, nothing more, nothing less.
I had the worst bench of anybody I know for years. And relative to my weight (113.5kg), I probably still do!
That Polish lad was 99k and pressing 180k (although he was shorter with short limbs and looked more like a powerlifter than a bodybuilder).

Havent seen anyone over 200kg, would be impressive,
I have done 200kg, did 210kg with some wraps around my elbows as I get tendinitis,
havent done over 180 for a while though, HURTS!! LOL!

Don't. My writs and hands are girly too. They look wonderfull with nail varnish on! I am also naturally very narrow in the upper body. I am never gona be a great bencher, but almost everyone can get decent if thats what they want and they put the work in.

Although not seen in the flesh as such, but i've watched my mate on video completely raw do 200k ......and also 220k with a little spot.
His bodyweight is around 115k 'ish.

watched my mate do 200kg
proper bench press, none of this back arching , leg pressing pish.
v slow contolled down and up, no straps, shirt ect

A guy I was training with came back from a 6 month lay off , claiming his PB was 285 (raw !! )
He benched 220k in a charity comp 6 weeks later , then I saw him do 230k for 3 easily (also raw) at about 17.5 stone
He entered the BPC UK Open last year , and only managed 235 shirted though (not sure what was going on there , as I said I had personally seen him do a triple with 230 raw - maybe it was because he was new to the shirt ? 
He claims to be benching over 300k now shirted , but TBH I have not seen him do it
He is definately the most impressive bencher I have ever seen , he is like a machine - simply driving the weight up like it's nothing
