ive decided to change my diet plan to 4-5 meals a day, which suits me much better (i was having 7-8)
8:00 - breakfast
4 whole eggs
80g oats - 20g muesli - 1 banana and an apple sometimes
200ml orange juice
300ml whole milk
1multivitamin

12:00 - lunch
1 wholemeal bagguete (75g carbs)
1 tin of tuna/120g chicken breast
1 tomato / 1 spoonful of olive oil
1 apple/banana

16:00 - pre work out
1 wholemeal bagguete
1 tin of tuna/120g chicken breast
1 tomato/1 spoonful of olive oil ( i heard that pre-work out should be a fat-free meal, any truth on that? )
1 apple/banana

17:00 train

18:00 PWO
2scoops of whey protein + 60/70g dextrose

19:00
(same as lunch)

22/23:
250g cottage cheese or 8 eggwhites
should i put some carb here?

16years old, 1,84m, 80kilos - BULKING - around 3months of training

*im still sorting out where am i gonna get my o-3 from, probably some linseeds and put it in my breakfast

ive read the `timing - over or underrated` topic and saw many people saying that 4-5 meals a day its enough, and theres no need to 6-7-8, and i wanna know if theres enough macros there for a bulking diet -
cheers

5 meals is ok - but I like to see proteion 3 hourly

Food choices are ok, but I'd eat more if I were you, plus consume sources of omega3 oils and don't forget variety
