Currently 77kg, 175cm 10:00 100g oats + 200ml skimmed milk + handful raisins 250ml LEW 1 whole egg 13:00 3 x Wholemeal pitta bread 150g chicken veg 10ml olive oil banana 16:00 3 X Wholemeal pitta bread 150g chicken veg 10ml flax oil apple 17:00 TRAIN 18:15 40g whey 35g dextrose + 35g malto 19:30 100g wholemeal pasta OR rice 150g tuna OR lean mince beef 10ml walnut oil veg 22:00 300g cottage cheese 3 weetabix + 200ml skimmed milk 24:00 300g cottage cheese 10g peanut butter 5 fish oil caps Sometimes the pre and PPWO meals are swapped around, but dont think that matters much. Pitta's have 25g carbs a piece.
