I just wondered if eating before the gym was any different than eating after....

I thought running on an empty stomach was best for loosin the lbs/keeping fit... but it was only a guess...

This is for lifting weights mainly, but do a 10min run 5min walk aswell

Any suggestions?!

Rule of thumb is to eat about an hour before lifting and within an hour of you PWO shake
