you need 34 pumps before you reach that size... dont pump too fast or you'll leave a mess

If you have just started out, a few months. For people who have been training a while, much longer.

TBH mate, the best way to go about this isn't to concentrate on size, but to concentrate on low BF. If you gain size, you will look big, but not necessarily good. If you keep very low BF, you should always look good, but not necessarily big.

It's an interesting one but something I imagine you'll never be able to achieve. In regards to the question how long will it take, who knows, maybe 4 weeks, maybe 12. The problem is you're seeing a version of yourself with visually more muscles but the same amount of BF. To actually achieve that look you'd have to bulk up and somewhere not put on any fat, so very difficult. In terms of whether you could actually measue when achieved - impossible. If you actually got to the size you saw in the mirror when pumped, then after your next session you're going to be pumped again and look bigger than you are now, so you'll never get there. Easy solution - stop looking in the mirror.

how weird i was actually thinking this last night, came in from the gym and was sweaty as hell so i took my top off and my mum and dad commented saying i was looking really muscular, i explained i was just pumped up from the gym but i agree would be awesome to look pumped 24/7

Ive always pondered about this myself, havent got any photos of myself pumped after a workout. May well take a few, then compare it to progress pics a few months down the line when not pumped. See if we do indeed 'grow into' our pumps.
