I want this to do t-bar rows, And I reckon I could stick it on the tree in my garden and do close grip chins too. But including postage its £30 which for a little piece of metal seems crap value to me. Anyone know of a place I can get it cheaper?

dont know if they have this piece....but i know whenever i've been in, they've had some good, cheap stuff.
