Ill keep it short guys, i am cutting, i am just shy of 18stone at 6ft 2 and i would guess around 25% bodyfat, carrying a lot of muscle and too much fat. [Meal 1] 2 scoops of protein 30g oats 10g nuts banana [Meal 2] 200g basmatti rice 150g chicken breast [Meal 3] 200g fruit - usually berries or apple and banana 2 scoops protein [Meal 4] 150g basmatti rice 200g lean diced pork / lamb / turkey 20g nuts [Meal 5] 120g piece of mackeral Thoughts and opinions MUCH appreciated.

Been on about 12 weeks, LOTS of cardio. 3 SS x trainer sessions per week, plus i train MMA 2-3 times a week. My weights sets only have 60 seconds rest inbetween aswell so i get a sweat on.
