i find that i dont dirnk enough water through the day. some days i get in 3 litres others ill get nothing apart from the protiens shake and 3 cupps of coffee i have. i just wnated to know is if no added sugar dilute drinks such as robinsons furit and barley flavour peach are ok. i only tend to use a little per litre, about 100ml or less. im currently cutting so the flavour can control my sweet thooth at times, would i be ok say if i have about 300ml of the juice ed? thanks
