Brown bread is rubbish mate - granary is better

Carbs seem ok, but you'll have to try and see, though I'd rather these are spread more over the day - or have you intentionally gone with the carbs around training idea?

Cheers James. Yeah tried to go for the carbs around training and then no carbs after 6pm. Finding it ok so far. Might have a large portion of brocolli or cauliflower with my chicken or fish in the evening. seems to satisfy my hunger and make me feel less bloated. Ill still have carbs if im training in the evening though.
Didnt know that about brown bread, ill happily switch to granary
