Hey, im 5ft 11, 12st 4. This is my current diet, trying to cut. Gonna try and replace some of the bread with brown pasta/rice where I can if that makes it any better and any otehr suggestions. Breakfast - 1 egg, 6 egg whites, 3 slices of brown bread, cup of green tea Lunch -3 slices brown bread, tin of tuna, tin of sweetcorn, 2tbls natural yorgurt, bit of salad, Green tea , 10ml fish oil, piece of fruit. Train PWO - 40g whey + Banana PPWO - 2 tins mackeral in tomato sauce, 3 slices brown bread, cup green tea, piece of fruit. Dinner - Chicken breast, large mixed salad, 10ml fish oil Evening - 2 fillets fish, brocolli, bit of pasrley sauce, green tea. Bed - 30g MPC, tbls peanut butter I drink green tea between meals aswell.
