to all the V low to No carb cutters what would a days diet look like for you
A good day for me would look something like

45 mins SS Cardio
7.30 40gr Express Whey

10.00 40gr Express Whey / Tbsp Mac Oil

12.30 Chicken Breast handfull of cashews

16.00 1-2 Tin Tuna Handful Cashews

19.00 Chicken Breast with Cheese

20.30 Express Whey mac oil
20.45 Bed

I wouldn't do the following:
Have no carbs.
Have no fruit or veg.
Have whey before bed.

I wonder if there are many on here who cut out all carbs like that?..

i dont cut out carbs like that. trying a new thing this year carb cycling

7:20 am:

- Full caffine black coffee
• 2 egg whites
• Green beans

11am:

• Pear
• Apple

1 pm:

• tuna
• Green beans

4:30 pm:

•White fish
•Green beans and sprouts

6.30 pm:

• Chicken
• Green beans and sprouts and cabbage

10 pm:

• calcium casine


Lots of green tea decaf and water

but im new to this game so im no expert

What I ate today:

08:00am - black coffee
SSCV

09:00am- 3 eggs, 3 egg whites scrambled, 30g cheese

11:30am - Tin of tuna, tomatoes, broccolli

14:00pm - 1 chicken breast, mixed veg

17:00pm - Tin of tuna, wholemeal pitta

18:30pm - train

19:30pm - whey in water

20:30pm - 1 chicken breast, wholemeal pitta

22:30pm - 3 eggs, 3 egg whites scrambled

** supplement with Fish oil caps throughout the day
