Was shopping today and noticed that "Glenryck" pilchards r v cheap. How useful are these in a bodybuilding diet? (particularly on a cut which is what im doing at the mo)

Great protein content and packed with fish oils which are good for so IMHO they kick tuna's arse..... well they slap it with their fins anyway

I used to eat these quite regularly, good, cheap protein.

My work colleagues used to get well p*ssed off though when I heated them in the microwave and ate them at my desk, so they're now only eaten at home lol

Reminds me I will get some tomorrow!
