Maybe not the same but I often find I 'ache' more during light/rest weeks of than I do when training full on. I have no real explination for this.

I find that if I stop training, I get more aches and pains. Maybe it's due to loss of muscle tone around the joints??

but iv not realy been training for the last 2-3 weeks, just getting back into it now, still not squating or deadlifts cause lower back still aching, still giving it time to recover.

No Exercise Physical Activity = walking around and stuff.

The more NEPA you do I think the less problem you will have, to a point.

I find if I go a while without squatting my knees start to tighten up and hurt a lot more. If I were you I would just squat really light - sets of three to five with a weight that'd normally be your second or third warmup. It'll not hurt your back, in fact it should help by getting more blood to the area, and it should keep your knees loose.
