i've just got some cheapo wraps form my gym, they're ok £10 i think.

clubberlang posted about some badass ones he got form the US off ebay.

there are some gooduns about, depends how much suppport you need.

i only where the one on my wrist that is bad, and only do it tight when i do an exercise that agrevates it so not to weaken it further

yep, have inzer wraps recommended courtesy of FatPete, have saved my knees bigtime

I don't wear them until I go over 200kg.
Before this, I just wear a knee sleeve on my left knee (the one that gives trouble).
Bit of deep heat helps too.

Prowriststraps.com I'd get the knee wraps and wrist wraps there, they are top of the line and half price since you bastards money is worth practically 2x ours!

BTW before anyone starts giving you the business about knee wraps being like straps ignore it. When i first bought straps it was for either 3 or 4 plates 1rm and now i can squat 4 without a belt and 5 with no wraps just my rehbands which in all honesty don't really give you any support just keep the joints warm.

Sure, but let's not forget about the special sauce you have with your fries.
