Just got my Myprotein Vanilla Whey (http://www.myprotein.co.uk/mp-max/whey-protein/whey-protein-(2lb)/) and i was so disapointed in the taste. it has a medicine like sharp taste to it that made me want to throw up. I can only drink it if i add ALOT of milk (1/2 a pint, sometimes a bit more).
Does anybody else have this problem and if so how did they sort it out? any mixing suggestions ?
Btw, I used to use reflex whey which tasted amazing but was a bit light (19g protein) , anybody else here use reflex as i here very little about it from people?

never tried MP's vanilla
I like reflex's whey. But the flavour was too weak for me

MP's Choc is the same tbh. Weird chemical like aftertaste. Little thick for my liking too, fills me up!!

Many people compare our MP Max Vanilla to ice cream, so that sounds a little odd! What was your order no please?

Is that the MP Max or our MP range?
Of course taste is subjective, but we get great reviews on the smooth chocolate flavouring and the MP Max Chocolate. If it is too thick use more liquid, or if its filling you up too much try a 25g serving.

I've got the vanilla whey and find it tastes fine with milk (what else can it be mixed with suitably?) My only real issue is getting it to mix! Does anyone have any tips other than an electric blender?

to have a full 50g serving , i need to use 400-450ml milk. otherwise i get too much of a chemical after taste. It does however taste yummy with 400ml milk :)

I had the same problem with the taste issue with the Strawberry and the Vanilla...
Mixing it with milk to mask it really is not the answer though... Unless you like adding all the Cr*p back into it that the industry has worked so hard to remove.... Such as Lactose!!
IMO find a better protein product and always mix it with water..... Keep your milk for your Tea!

Ive had the vanilla 'Mp Max' and thought it tasting awesome! Best tasting supplement i have ever had, actualy enjoyed drinking it. Also didnt matter how much liquid i used still tasted good.

Serving size is subjective. Try 25g with 250-300ml of water... :)
