Can see the oil droplets, and it just came out the microwave warm/hot.
Bad idea or nothing to worry about? Figured we cant heat flax, so isnt fish oils the same?

Yes, the mackerel's fine. You can warm up flax oil for a few minutes as it won't significantly oxidise in that time.
