Massive thanks to everyone that attended yesterday. I'm sure everyone will agree that it was a hard training session had by all, with some great tips/advice once again. 
Keep your eyes peeled for Rob's video of the day.
Next meet will be in June (date to be decided).

Sorry for my non-attendence everyone. 
It was late when I got back on Saturday so I spent Sunday morning madly unpacking so at least I'd have plenty done before I sneaked off to Southport.
Sounds like I missed a top leggy sesh!
