Please note the new start time! This is due to the Nabba North West being on the same day and a lot of those attending the meet are also going to the show later in the day in Southport. Start at 10am and finish promptly by 1pm.

Be great to see everyone again! Will only be about 10 (?) weeks out then so everyone will be looking in shape!

BODY SURGERY: Legs (but remember to save a little energy to get down all the stairs after!)

Great attendance last time but would be good to get a few more in, the more the merrier. You don't need to be a BNBF member to join in.

The general run down is, turn up, train whatever body part you want, if you need help/spotting just shout and then a nice gathering where we ask the delightful Paul anything we want about training/posing legs.

Hope to see more of you there.

Please note that this is not an official seminar like we had at the MT meet in March

Cool.... Was getting my bikini sorted last time so ended up not being able to make it

May change my legs sesh from a fri to sun for that week and join everyone with the 'hobbling' about...ha ha!

I have plenty of SCI MX t-shirts to hand out, female and male sizes. So if you want one, just say.
