| Bonzo -> RE: even arms (Apr. 21 2008 0:23:27) | firstly hello, havent posted in ages due to various reasons, so this is like a second christening! when i was fairly new on the site i posted the same q. as above dumbells are good for ensuring each arm gets the same resistance, but the main thing is to make sure you train themevenly. dont try to do extra work on one arm or you may make things worse... i think a lot of its down to genetics, also check your chest and delts, are hey symmetrical? if you look at it long enough you will see imbalances. basically what im saying is your not going to be perfectly even from one side to the other, the biggest problem is the fact that your looking for the difference now, and if your looking for it your going to find it question, is one arm stronger than the other? if so how much by? |
