Yeh i thought it would be a phase which i passed after getting used to the cardio but it appears not as i have been doing cardio for a while now. Its sh1t and puts me of doing it all together and is putting me of taking up athletics again.

I know i keep dragging this of but i was just wondering if anyone else had any other ideas? cheers for the help, think i may go to the docs if i cant put my finger on the problem.
