Hi all, Just a quick question. I am currently naturally bulking and following Frankies mass building routine and was wondering how long you are recommend to bulk for? I really want to put on as much mass as i can and dont really want to cut, but wasnt sure if the body needs a rest from the constant amount of food i am eating, and whether a cut would do me good. I have never done a cut before and dont really want to, just wanna keep packing on the mass. Hope that makes sense Any help/advice would be much appreciated Thanks

I think if your diet is clean and your keeping fat gains to a minimum then you've nothing to worry about long term. I would only worry about the amount I was eating if I was becoming too fat which would obviously be detrimental to your health

Hi wallace, Thanks for the reply, So if i am gaining lean mass and not allot of fat, then just keep bulking untill i feel ready to cut? Currently 210lb i think around 185 lean mass and something around 20% body fat,

kk cheers for the advice, Another question, i have found over the last month or so when i am bulking i tend to feel really tired around mid afternoon time. Is this due to the amount i am eating?

Is it only since you've started bulking?? I sit at a desk all day and I start to get a bit tired around mid afternoon but that always happens. Can't see why bulking would specifically make you tired at a certain time of day.

Come off it mate. if you were a hardgainer you wouldn't be at 20% BF, you gain as easily as any other you just dont seem to realise it takes time Carry on bulking and become really fat, then waste months upon months of muscle building time cutting down again to even notice what physique lays underneath your added insulation You aint gonna lose muscle at 20% bf unless you really screw something up

20 per cent (I'm guessing probably higher) and overeating is not something i would recommend quote:

R3261, Thanks for the reply, I think i may have another look at my diet and see where i need to adjust it then. I also think by the sounds of things i may be better off doing a cut and then working up from there. Thanks for the advice

no need to apoligise mate. TIOs comment was a little harsh. all things considered the above is the definition of a clean bulk quote:
