Might be due to solar-flare activity.

How tall are you chap? quote:
ORIGINAL: Dan Nukem I am cutting at the moment, so doing 1hours fasted cardio in the morning, HR around 160avg. When I weighed myself on Wednesday, I was 113.5kg Yesterday morning I was 111.5kg This morning I was 114kg I have noticed weight fluctuation before, but never so much. Pants feel noticeably looser at the moment around the waist and I'm down a notch on my belt and diet has been clean.

Mines always huge mate, 207lb on Monday night, 213lb last night. Take 3-7 weigh-ins throughout the week and take a weekly/fortnightly avarage to monitor progress.

Could be water/glycogen levels changing.

I'd guess the above. Depends what you are eating as well. Carbs by their nature will hold 2.5g of water for every gram IIRC

I never bother with multiple weekly weigh-ins. There are too many day to day variables to get any worthwhile monitoring use out of it. Once a week, maybe once a fortnight even. Aim for the same day and the same time of day

My weight fluctuates by a few pounds ona day to day basis. Sometimes it moves as much as six or seven pounds either way, which can be a shocker! Thats the reason i always go by the way i look, instead of measurements and weight.
