Hi, I know there are a few Costco fans out there so can anyone recommend some useful bargins for anybody into bodybuilding at all?
I'm going up later and will see if I can see anything useful, but am hoping for some people more in the know in a dietary sense to recommend some products?

Eggs are cheap, that's mainly what I go for...!
That and frozen fruit, and giant prawns/shrimps/whatever they're damn well called

How much are there eggs per?
Cheapest i seen is asda 15 for £1.25 i think.

chicken breasts are too bad, they sell in bulk so you save.
i used to work at costco leeds back in my student days, made me work bloody hard

I work in Glasgow one unfortunately. 
I notice Kippers 600g are only like £1.69 if thats ur thing.
Swedish meatballs are £2.69 for 1kg and were selling out pretty quick.
