I feel like taking a week off training. Although I did only take a week off 2 months ago I feel very drained and completely unmotivated yet again. I think I may have something wrong with me. The doc has give me a blood test form which I will get done on Monday. But if your feeling like this would it be advisable to take a week off again...

I take a week off every few months, doesnt hinder my gains. In fact im sure it helps.
