Can anyone recommend a supplemant to take to get rid of any excess water in the body. I'm compeating later in the year and wondered what legal and/or natural supplements are good for this. Also how to take it leading upto and on the day of a competition. Thanks again

I have seen stuff like Boldo water loss, etc at Holland and Barrett, and I am sure there are some supps on Affordable Supplements that claim they work. I will have a quick look for you.

Here you go:

I see you are in Spain; if you can't find these over there, I am sure Aff Supps deliver abroad.

caffeine is a diuretic(although I don't know if it would have any effect on water retention)

You could try and pm/e-mail Kitty, as she competes and will be able to point you in the right direction.

Victoria, the info is in this part of the thread based on what I do, but as I said there, it's all individual. You need to try it and see for yourself http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/fb.asp?m=2549422
