Hey...

I'm a bit sensitive so some foods. I have a dairy intolerence, it's not just a lactose intolerence because dairy also makes me fatigued and effects my moods. I've felt heaps better since I've stopped eating foods containing dairy and I also can't handle aspartame. So my usual whey protein had to go.

I've been eating aspartame free holland and barret soy protein and occasionally mix in egg white protein also but I just don't feel like its doing as much for me as the whey protein did.

I may experiment with an aspartame free whey protein to see if I feel ok on it. Who knows whey alone might be ok. But can anyone reccommend any other good sources of alternative protein...?

Or does anyone have similar reactions to these foods as I do?

Plain unflavoured whey Isolate form bulk suppliers will do the job, or you can just eat some more food
