been ill for 1 week, need help with diet and training - Apr. 18 2008 18:58:46

I've been ill since monday and havent been able to follow my diet plan or do any weights as ive been having just water and orange juice and soup. i'm feelin better now and will most likely be back on my normal eating routine tommorrow. should i go back to my normal food routine and weights immediately or should increase my food intake more than normal for say 1 week and ease off the weights and do lighter weights for 1 week? your help would be most appreciated as i havent been this ill before and had my routine affected so badly.

what I would do is to slow down my training routine and my diet for the first week, healthly speaking that makes sense for me. bt who knows

I would up your food intake for 2-3 days, and make your first session back light. Then back to it all hard
