seriously? increase in size without losing too much definition,b/f never gets silly,strength will increase poundage/sets/reps wise,people notice change,and youre biceps look massive.

I think you can just tell, if your getting too fat there are few that would become delusioned enough to think its muscle mass.

tbh i go by the mirror, i havent a clue what my bf is and tbh i dont realy want to know. if i look ok i leave it at that and carry on eating what i am, but if i think i look a bit fat then i cut certain things out of diet and train accordingly.
