Im starting this progress journal because i'm crap at keeping to a routine and this will keep me on track! I'm in my first year of university, 18 years old and a few pounds under 11 stone. Im looking to put on some weight, build muscle mass and get in better shape for my summer holiday. I'm a member of my university's gym so in the coming weeks i am going to post my routine and diet. If anyone has any improvements or suggestions please let me know as I have a lot to learn. Ive ordered a tub of BSN true mass and I am going food shopping tomorrow to stock up on healthy food and I have ordered a set of weights for my room for in between workouts. If anyone has an input or advice it would be much appreciated. James
