Whats the best way to get 300grams of protein a day. By best i mean quick an conveinient ways. So far i manage about 200grams, thats mostly made up of three protein shakes and a tin of tuna and a couple of eggs. I dont thnk i could manage any more shakes. . Was thinking of adding some chicken, maybe a 250gram portion a day, how much protien would that yield? What can i add to bump it upto 300grams?

I find it tough to keep up a high daily intake of protein too, casue you cant eat chicken, tuna, turkey, eggs everyday, not for me anyway it would put me off the foods completely, i eat a selection of these only a few times a week, when at college for break time then lunch i always get a tuna sweetcorn sandwich or chicken salad sandwich, take 2 shakes max a day, if you keep taking 3 shakes a day, you will get felt of drinking it imo, i constantly change my whey brands/flavours every few months as i get fed up of the taste.

Other ways to up your intake of protein is:

cottage cheese
protein pancakes
protein bars
pasta

I am not sure many ppl need 300g unless you are huge

As said above i doubt you will need 300g a day,but i eat eggs tuna beef or chicken everyday 7 days a week and still like it,id get rid of those shakes and look to eat some more eggs fish chicken or turkey steak etc.....

Chicken is the best way, there's around 50g of protein in a large breast. Other meats are good too. Also, try adding in more egg whites, and milk.

As above 300g is probably not needed but having said that theres probably quite a few days in the week when i reach that.

Stick to the basics ie fish, eggs, chickem, beef and supplement with whey and you should reach about 250g no problem.

shakes are there as a convienience and because there cheaper then eating loads a chicken a day.

lol my shakes are made with milk, i have about 1litre of milk a day any more then that and i get bloated!
