Hi guys first post for me here so be gentle Im currently 17st and training quite hard, trying to burn fat and maintain/build decent muscle, am a little confused by fluid intake guidelines, the recommended is about 2.5ltr's a day, is this for joe public or for people who are physically active, ive been drinking between 3-5 ltr's a day but have recently read that as much damage can be caused by over drinking than de-hydration. What would you guys recommend as reading the posts on this site some of you seem to really know your stuff. Thanks G Ps dont worry i have loads more questions
