Hi guys first post for me here so be gentle
Im currently 17st and training quite hard, trying to burn fat and maintain/build decent muscle, am a little confused by fluid intake guidelines, the recommended is about 2.5ltr's a day, is this for joe public or for people who are physically active, ive been drinking between 3-5 ltr's a day but have recently read that as much damage can be caused by over drinking than de-hydration.
What would you guys recommend as reading the posts on this site some of you seem to really know your stuff.

Thanks G

Ps dont worry i have loads more questions

Thanks mate, i read the article yesterday and i figured 3-4 ltr's but didnt know wether 5 would be getting to the extremes of over indulgency, for want of a better phrase, im trying to find a good balance as i cannot really judge my hydration levels due to using ECA amongs other cutting/hardening suppliments so continuously have cotton mouth
