Hi just wanted opinions on my diet. Im currently on a cut, I train 3 times a week: Day 1 - Shoulders Day 2 - Chest/Tri's Day 3 - Back/Bi's/Legs In addition to this I play football twice a week (Only 40 mins 5 a side games) and I have been doing low intensity cardio for 2 weeks so far for 4 mornings a week (45 mins) - I am aiming to continue this for another 10 weeks. I am 5ft 9ins and weigh 13st, I don't know what my current b/f is but you can see my abs, lol. Diet: Breakfast (6am): 100g approx Porridge oats with skimmed milk, 40g whey with water, 2 MYP Omega 3,6,9 tabs Mid Morning (9:30am): Chicken Breast Sandwich on wholemeal bread with salad + carrot Lunch (12:30pm): Chicken Breast Sandwich on wholemeal bread with salad, low fat yoghurt Afternoon (3:30pm): 2 Rice cakes, 40g whey + water, apple (or grapes), carrot Tea (6:00pm): Either Chicken/Salmon/Steak with basmati rice/brown pasta + Veg Pre Bed (10:00pm): 40g whey and skimmed milk, 2 MYP Omega 3,6,9 tabs Cheers Matt
