My session this morning was just cardio, just went on the treadmill for 15 mins, my arms really were in an acheing pain, i went in the jacuzzi and that was it!

Wednesday Just back from the gym, im going to stop the creatine after only a day, my face has started to flare and i feel constantly dehydrated! Will i lose out much from not taking creatine? Today i worked Back and biceps Back/Biceps Biceps Straight Bar Curls 20Kg 3x8 Alternating Dumbell Curls 10KG 3x8 Cable Curls 40Kg 3x8 Back Lat PullDowns 45KG 3x8 Seated Cable Rows 45KG 3x8 One arm dumbell rows 20Kg 3x8 session went ok, feeling rather rough, i dont know why, the creatine is making me so dehydrated especially my face feels really dry. Im not to motivated about training at the moment due to exams coming up, but i want to get into a routine which i can stick with as well as a diet, which i can maintain.
