cheers, i'm gonna try and get some pics up later today!

I need to buy some more protein shake as well as i ran out on like tuesday. I'll probably go for that in a minute.

My session this morning was just cardio, just went on the treadmill for 15 mins, my arms really were in an acheing pain, i went in the jacuzzi and that was it!

i go for the around £35 protein for 2kg, it has, high aminos, high l-glutamine, vits, calcum, high protein, digestion enzyems, slow protein realise, and have the choice between high fat and carbs or low fat and carbs.
i belive that a good protein powder is all you really need in addtion to a good diet.

well worth spending money on it, no more than £35 tho as above that £40+ there just the same as ones around £35

Wednesday

Just back from the gym, im going to stop the creatine after only a day, my face has started to flare and i feel constantly dehydrated!

Will i lose out much from not taking creatine?

Today i worked Back and biceps

Back/Biceps

Biceps
Straight Bar Curls 20Kg 3x8
Alternating Dumbell Curls 10KG 3x8
Cable Curls 40Kg 3x8

Back
Lat PullDowns 45KG 3x8
Seated Cable Rows 45KG 3x8
One arm dumbell rows 20Kg 3x8

session went ok, feeling rather rough, i dont know why, the creatine is making me so dehydrated especially my face feels really dry. Im not to motivated about training at the moment due to exams coming up, but i want to get into a routine which i can stick with as well as a diet, which i can maintain.

good luck with the diet, aim for just over 2lbs of fat a week. 7lbs, nice half a stone off make you feel better

i know what you mean it is so hard toget into it, but when you see your self progressing you think im loving this. take monthly or so pics so can see your self changing.
dieting is hard because you feel down, drained, but just gotta think of what you want.

i get my stuff from bodyshapers now, used toget it from my gym.
but now i get it from there i get it for £28 instead of £35
http://www.bodyshapersfitness.com/prodView.asp?idproduct=122 that one. used it for ages, one of the best imo for the price, no point in spending anymore than that

and as there in telford its lucky for me so i can drive up and get it instead of paying postage, nice people
