My aim was to cut but i chose high input--- high output and i only ended up loosing 9lbs, i am dissapointed however my lifts all went up.... i have now just started carb cycling strict in order to just drop body fat, i need to get my head round not being able to gain muscle all the time because i seriously need to loose some lard!!

Competitor #9 - MMA Guy

Goals: Aim is to go down to 90kg...currently 100kg

Assisted: Yes - intend to use an ECA stack

After

January: 100kg - needed to drop to 93kg = light heavy weight for MMA league
I used 4 weeks of Eph25+ to help things out
February: I fought at 93kg
3 weeks of binge eating after cutting weight so fast
March: Restarted diet - no Eph25+ this time

i havnt posted in the other threads as the decision was fairly easy,but this one was tough imo.pagans change is impressive and his condition is top notch there,but forddee is just unreal,from looking fairly untrained imho to nearing contest ready(you do compete iirc)

Pagan just edges it for me.

Tip the cap of respect to forddee for a sterling effort, very very hard to separate the 2 IMO.
