cant you do flies instead?

its easy to 'cheat' on standing cable crossovers due to the recruitment of stabilisers

as for the standing crossovers

keep your back straight

can do flies but seem to hurt tendonitis in elbow more than crossovers. Only started doing them as do dips in m arms workout now.
