Hey,

Im 18, 6 foot and just under 11 stone (around 152 pounds). Im looking on going onto a hardcore gaining program for the next 3 months to improve my body before my holiday, and then i after my holiday and im going to continue working out but at a more relaxed level.

Currently i don't eat as well as i could do, i tend to eat well at lunch and dinner but i don't normally eat breakfast. I went shopping today and brought:

+ Chicken Breasts
+ Salad
+ Water
+ Nuts (as a snack)
+ Oats (for breakfast)
+ Fruit
+ Tuna fish
+ A few premade meals from cook (they are healthy)

This isnt a full shop i know, but its to keep me going untill i have better diet advice from you guys. I really do want to push for results before i go on holiday, so ideally im looking for a diet that it really going to give my gaining a kick start. I dont know exactly what my routine is currently, but im getting advice on that here too. Im looking to go to the gym 3 times a week and use my weights in my room daily.

I would also appreciate advice on some weight gainers, this is the one i have my eye on currently:

I would also like some advice on creatine and other items on the market like testosterone boosters.

- James
