Current Weight: 11st3 (iv lost weight on a bulk yay)
Training Experience: approx 1 year

Goals: Id like to gain aprox 2-3kg of muscle mass if possible and keep this approximate

amount of bodyfat

So here it is last 3 months changes aint gained a pound but i can see a diff in the pics doesnt make sense but **** it i aint letting it get me down anymore, diet has been on and off, i struggle alot to eat enough always full up and find it hard to find the time to do it all! happy with the results, but not happy with my physique but never will be, but i love lifting iron and im avin a laugh so its all good!

Height: 6ft

Measurements:
no measurements taken though as i dont see the need, i go by mirror and feel

Lifts
deadlift - 140kg for reps
squat - 90kg for 20 reps
bench - 32kg db flat for 10 reps (last time tried BB and it was 80kg)

Goals: Bulking, currently with a difference. Looking to lean out a bit and put on some lean tissue. 15 stone is the goal

Assisted: No

Stats:
Weight: 13 stone 7

Lifts
Deadlift up to 190kg 1rm
squat up to 140kg 1rm
bench 85kg 1rm

BF - down
strength up

Assisted: Used eph for a total of under two weeks sporidically to control overeating urges

Weight: 85.5kg

Goals: Goals are for a 12 week lean bulk. Want to pack on some size, but not to get fatter, so watching diet.

Assisted: Yes


After

Lean bulk (assisted) from 85.5 - 94kg (1.3 stone)
Strength up loads
Now starting 4 week (assisted) cut so should lean up nicely
Age 29, height 5'8" (174cm)

i was trying to bulk and lose bodyfat

im now 14stone 2lb so must've put on some muscle as my bodyfat is definately lower
