ok guys i'm going to hijack this topic as my mate is one of these guys but he has just got out of hospital and he really wants to build up his arms quickly so any routines for tri's, bi's and shoulders for a smaller guy (who still has some good strengh) would be welcome his wedding is in 6 weeks so an upper body work out would be best.

i have one for myself that works for mass but in 6 weeks a proper mass building workout for a 3 day split monday, tuesday thursday (push , pull, push (legs + shoulders)) would be welcome plus any diet advice (i will also post this in the diet section)

fish oil caps inculded

Right now his diet sucks

I’ve tried to get him onto this site to get some advice but he ain't up for it. He wouldn't want to put what he eats at present on here (to many takeaways)

Think I’ll just leave it to being a lost cause until he is serious about getting some advice.

tbh he was looking for a magic solution and didn’t want to hear it when I told him that the only solution was hard work in the gym and sorting out what he eats.
