| cucumba -> RE: how to get abs ripped (other than situps) (Apr. 20 2008 11:46:57) | I dont do any squats or deads slipdigby. i had no idea they would make a difference, il start doing that si my diet is not incredible! by any means, however 5 days a week its basically just spent 15 minutes posting it up but with all my little add ons and extra cheese toasties i think i can see part of the problem for myselfe, so wont bother wasting someones time to tell me, as if your saying totally nailed diet is necessary then i need to change that and will thanks gentlemen |
