Hi, been training for 2 years now on a McDonalds, junkfood and anything i can eat diet and i know for a 100% fact that this is why i have flatlined.

Im 20 years old and am 5"7, was naturally slightly more muscular physique than most are prior to training.

So i joined a gym and upped food consumtion, although only junk i knew if i wanted to grow i had to eat. I weighed 9 stone 8 with some fat, i have gone from that to 11 stone 2 with fat down to 10 stone 8 that i am now with considerably less fat.

I have known that these were only the easy gains you get as a beginner and i knew that eventually these would slow and unless i sorted diet out completely phase out.

Cardio wise i am a postman, i cycle about 6 miles a day and walk constant at a fast pace to get my round done for a full 3 hours a day carrying a bag (this i think actually helps my core).

Anyways ill be keeping a journal now posting gains pics and updates on how i progress now with correct diet.

Hope to see some people popping in sometime.

Edit - i have some pics to add of me after 2 years of poor training, how do i add?
