IF where you worked the owner and manager never seemed to be happy unless there is something unpleasent with an employee happening what would you do about it, the problem is it goes round from person to person, one month one guy is victimised and the next its someone else, and no one realy does anything wrong. And now its my turn again and im getting abit cheesed off about it, starting to think i should make tracks. And im talking taking money of us and everything not just some harsh words. As of this moment i have no car to get home with as they have taken my company car off me for the 3 time this month with no prior warning, last time they did it, was just 2 hours before i left work to go on holiday, buggering my holiday up! Any idears

find a new job mate sounds like a ****ty place to work. If the company car is written into your contract then you might be able to sue them for breach of contract, don't hold me to that mind but i would have thought if it was in there then they would have been obligated to provide you with another means of transsport if they took the car off you. I've always been told that if you think a manager is acting unprofessionally then keep a diary and get some hard eveidence then if you wish to take it to an employment tribunal you have the ammunition you need.

As above really... I did have a manager who liked to bully. One colleague left because of it, but i wouldnt put up with it, i argued with him knowing full well he couldnt sack me. Its in my favour im quite intimidating. Id take it further if i were you

Do em over and get some compo, seems like every one is doing it these days. A woman solicitor got something like a 13m payout for sex discimination (her original salary is 120k pa) and a head teacher recently got something like 70k iirc.
