Ive decide that before i start to weight train i want to lose some body fat what i need to know is what p/f/c ratio i need

I know that i need 2250 calories a day but how much protien and fat do i need in the 2250 to maintian a balanced diet

You might want to try posting this up in the diet and nutrition forum mate - plenty of knowledgeable folks there who might not see your question here

Personally I'd start the weight training now rather than wait until bodyfat % has gone down

how did you calculate that number ?, everyday is different, therefore your requirements change. Don't eat by numbers

protein/carbs/fat 40/40/20 is a good start.
