100% quicker. Of that im sure. The guys on here have reinforced that thought aswell and i know beleive diet is just as important or maybe even more important than the actual weight lifting.

Pete

Id say its easy do able for you m8 being your first proper cycle. When do you plan on hitting it?? Do you set yourself a goal weekly or monthly???

If IF!! i do this i guess ive got post a vid of my ugly head Not sure bout tha at moment. My goal is to reach 140k for 6 in 6 weeks then i plan to cut. So if i reach this il try 150K before i start it.

I have already started my cycle mate. It has not really kicked in yet. I don't really set myself goals, I aim to have a good workout and feel that i have really pushed myself. To be honnest 150kg does seem a long way away for me, unless i gain a bit of strength in this 12 weeks. I still feel that i would be a bit of cheater though.

I think your 140k for 6 in 6 is a good goal to aim for as I have never really been up for 1 rep comps. It can be hard getting a spotter.

I'd be WELL impressed if you could jump up that quick LOL

Just get a good spotter, its a lot weight to shift off your chest/neck!

papa you can be in but first you have to balance and bench 150 one armed!

But seriously if you wanna be in it can be a first to reach their target competition.

For those who are getting stuck at 140k, do you have a spotter with you? Try getting someone to spot you and get the bench going from chest height, IMO its much easier to get going well from there rather than than up higher because moving it away from the bench and lowering it down and zaps useful benching power which you would otherwise use on your reps.

I think something would break before ever getting that far. I what it is like getting ready to bench 130kg, it feels heavy everywhere.
I think getting to 180kg is a far off dream for me, i would have to put on some weight first
