Yup. TBH if you need anyone stronger to help lift it back up then you are doing a weight thats far to heavy for you to lift - they are there to help spot and relieve a bit of weight, not to lift it for you. After all, I dont know any one who can do a 180k upright row LOL

I get lots of help on my bench from my misses!

I've only read page 1 but count me in! 120kg for 5 is my best to date, might hit 150kg by Autumn time.

120kg for 1 and a couple of negatives: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CLwhyhaNGg4

I've no idea. None of them were serious trainers though.

Im in, probably take me a while because im only on 107.5kg for 3x8 atm and the last time I maxed was a while ago. Im starting a strength routine this week for a bit so will see how I do! Realistically 130kg x1 in around a month I think.

I'm going to jump in on this.

I've done 120k for 5x5. I missed 140k last weekend, getting it to halfway but failed at lockout.

I set myself a target of 150k at the beginning of the year for 2008, so I hope this shall spur me on.

Drago, I'll race you to 100kg mate.

My best atm is 75kg for 5 or 80kg for 2. I recon I could do more than that now if i was benching from a rack (currently benching like this - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VLgMPHorLww ) so I won't be attemping 90kg-100kg till I get one.
